Eric Lu, piano FREE Discovery Series Recital with Shriver Hall Concert Series
Sponsored by the Shriver Hall Concert Series
Praised by BBC Music Magazine as a musician “in a rare class – sensitive and emotionally intuitive,” Lu first came to attention at age 17 as a winner at the 2015 Chopin International Competition in Warsaw—and at age 20, he won First Prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition, the first American to receive that award since Murray Perahia. He makes his Baltimore Debut in a program featuring Chopin’s passionate and turbulent final sonata.
