"Inspired by NPR’s web series Tiny Desk Concerts, this musical-comedy extravaganza features a live, intimate musical performance followed by a discussion on writing, poetry, inspiration, and improvised comedy based on that conversation.
Our guest this month is singer/songwriter Peter McPoland. A songwriter from a young age, his music is authentic and vibrant, drawing upon an array of influences from classic country to folk and rock. He connects with audiences by weaving melody and poetry, taking us on a ride through blue bonnet fields, a blossoming romance and the defining moments of a life about to be lived. With sweetness and startling wisdom, this young artist creates a joyful musical experience that invites us into his world."
