Building the Perfect Cheeseboard

Have you ever wondered how to put together your own cheeseboard? In this virtual class, cheese enthusiast and creator of @cheezMD, Melissa, will teach you how to craft the perfect cheeseboard for your at-home happy hour. You'll learn what types of cheeses to include, how to serve them and how to plate them for a beautiful display.

Shopping List:
- 10-inch plate or board 2-3 small ramekins
- Cheese:
- 2-3 different ones; a mix of hard and soft, mix of milks (cow, goat, sheep).
- Meats:
- Thin cut salami, hard salami (that you can slice), prosciutto
- Crackers:
- Any two you like, mix of size and shape.
- Some of my favorites are pretzel crisps, Carrs water crackers, La Panzanella.
- If you don’t like crackers at all, sub out something like jicama or a crispy apple.
- Condiments:
- Jam, Honey, Dip, Mustard. Pick one.
- Fruits:
- Something fresh (berries or grapes)
- Something dried (I like mango)
- Nuts or something like wasabi peas, dried chickpeas, corn nuts
- Savory:
- Olives, mini pickles, roasted peppers
- Something extra:
- Chocolate, gummies, jellybeans. You be creative!
- Garnish:
- Rosemary, edible flowers, etc.
