Mitigating the Impact of COVID-19 on Child Nutrition

This webinar will feature the development of a cell phone application for parents, a collaborative effort with UNICEF Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and colleagues from Serbia and Australia.  We will discuss the need for rapid deployment of key information to parents, dispelling misperceptions around infant and young child nutrition (IYCN) due to COVID-19, and the translation of global recommendations on IYCN and COVID-19 to the unique context of the region. Considerations for country programs addressing IYCN and COVID-19 will also be discussed.
