Yoonjoung “YJ” Choi is Chief Demographer and Data Scientist at iSquared, Information X Insight, a data science and strategy consulting firm. She has over 20 years of experience helping global health and development organizations understand their data needs and transform that data into actionable information and insight for improved decision-making. She was formerly the Technical Deputy Director for Performance Monitoring and Accountability 2020, an Associate Scientist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Senior Technical Advisor for Population and Metrics at Bureau for Global Health, USAID. She earned her MPH and DrPH from Johns Hopkins University.
