Stevensville, MD: Foodie Dinner with Chesapeake Chefs

Join fellow alumni and friends for a foodie dinner with Chesapeake Chefs presented by Silver Swan Bayside. Your ticket includes an open fire cocktail hour, plated dinner with dessert, and a wine pairing with each course guided by a sommelier straight from Italy. Situated on the shores of Kent Island, this is a foodie experience you will not want to miss!

Please note this is not a private dinner, however Hopkins alumni will be seated together.

Open Fire Cocktail Hour

• Grilled Fall Veg Trio, Date Glaze, Citrus Aioli
• Grilled Orchard Point Oyster, Bacon Relish
• One Straw Farm Chorizo Empanada, Pepper Jam

Plated Dinner

• Pickled Beet Carpaccio, Bruleed Goat Cheese Mouse, Pomegranate, Pistachio, House Rye Toast
• Pumpkin Bisque, Creme Fraiche, Candied Pancetta, Squash Chips
• Wye Mill Polenta, Short Rib Ragu, Lacinato Kale, Tomato Reduction, Parmigiano Reggiano

Dessert

• Brown Butter Griddled Cornbread Cake, Apple Compote, with a Bourbon Diplomat Cream
