Course Description: Discover the power of books to nourish the mind and spirit in this uplifting four-week exploration of wellness through literature. Each week, participants will read a complete, accessible work and discuss how its themes illuminate emotional resilience, self-compassion, purpose, and connection. Through visual storytelling, gentle humor, poetry, and timeless wisdom, this course offers a welcoming space to reflect, recharge, and gain practical inspiration for living with greater wellbeing, kindness, and intention.

Michelle Bedolla is the founder of the Book Club Edition and adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University. She built the startup after years in EdTech. Her love of reading has taken her not only to magical locations but also to real lands. As a bookworm, Michelle has visited bookshops and libraries around the world. She has also spoken at SXSW as a thought leader on books and startups. Michelle is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
