Leadership takes many forms, and everyone has the potential to be a leader in their work and personal lives. One of the biggest barriers to stepping into that potential is imposter syndrome. Jeanette Jeffrey, Executive & Leadership Coach at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, will guide participants through thought exercises to define imposter syndrome, reflect on how it has shown up in their own leadership journey, and identify strategies to move past it. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools to build their own brand of confident, authentic leadership. This session is ideal for current leaders, aspiring leaders, and anyone curious about the topic.
