Career Mapping Workshop - East Baltimore

HEADER

This 2-hour workshop helps you clarify your next career move by leveraging your strengths and analyzing potential paths strategically. Before the workshop, you’ll complete the CliftonStrengths assessment* and receive a personalized report on your unique talents. In the first half, we’ll dive into your strengths to explore where they can take you next in a fulfilling and meaningful way. Then, using guided exercises, we’ll evaluate your options and identify clear steps to confidently move forward in your career.

*Note: During registration, please indicate if you have previously taken the assessment. If not, a code will be sent to you in advance of the session.

ABOUT Emily Lamia

Emily Lamia is the founder and CEO of Pivot Journeys, where she has spent over a decade helping individuals across industries navigate career transitions and find meaningful work. Previously, she served on advocacy and electoral politics, led a career development association for political operatives, and supported leadership development at the Girl Scouts of the USA. In 2020, she was selected by Business Insider as one of the most innovative career coaches. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and a Designing Your Life-certified coach.
