Mondays,  8:00PM ET - 9:00PM ET

Course Description: Why do some leaders command attention, inspire trust, and drive results while others struggle to make an impact? The answer lies in executive presence: the ability to project confidence, clarity, and authenticity in every interaction.

This six-week course explores how executive presence shapes effective leadership. Through interactive discussions, video case studies, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment, and applied exercises, participants will learn to enhance their communication, strengthen team relationships, and lead with both authority and authenticity. By the end of the course, participants will have developed their personal leadership brand and a toolkit to apply executive presence in high-stakes moments, from team meetings to organizational change.
