Sponsored by Hopkins Hawai'i

Join your fellow alumni and friends a trip on Hawaii's Railroad aboard the Historic Parlor Car 64! Brought to you by the Hawaiian Railway Society, this offers a one-of-a-kind experience where you'll get to enjoy this luxury parlor car that was built in 1900 for Oahu Railway & Land Co. founder, Benjamin F. Dillingham. This luxury parlor car was designed to entertain Hawaii's royalty and visiting dignitaries. Restored to its original splendor, Parlor Car 64 features fine wood interiors, including oak, mahogany, and birds-eye maple, along with ornate iron grillwork on the observation platform. This special ride is perfect for train enthusiasts and history lovers who want to experience a piece of Hawaii’s past in style. Due to limited capacity (14 passengers total), registration will be limited to 1 additional guest per form.

A portion of this registration fee will serve as a donation in support of future programming and events.  If you wish to not have a portion of your registration support such initiatives, you may contact the Office of Annual Giving: oag@jhu.edu
