Johns Hopkins DELTA Center Symposium on Alcohol-associated Hepatitis: Pathogenesis, Treatment, and Challenges.

JHUDC

This two-day symposium will gather leading experts from around the world to discuss recent advancements in the pathogenesis and treatment of alcohol-associated hepatitis. In addition to our keynote speakers, Drs. George Koob and Ramon Bataller, over 20 distinguished speakers will present their latest research. The event will also feature presentations from selected young investigators representing more than 30 laboratories and institutions across the U.S. Poster presentations are open to all registered attendees, including young investigators, postdoctoral fellows, and trainees. Abstract submissions (up to 250 words) for oral or poster presentations are welcome, with a submission and registration deadline of October 15, 2024. After registering, abstracts can be emailed to deltalivertransplant@jhmi.edu for review. There are two options for registration. Option 1 includes in-person attendance along with lunch and dinner Friday and lunch on Saturday. Option 2 includes in-person attendance only.

The symposium will be held at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Conference Center at 555 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C.
