Los Angeles, CA: Bob Baker Marionette Theater Puppet Parlor Party

Join fellow alumni and friends for an iconic LA experience with a puppet parlor party at the famous Bob Baker Marionette Theater (BBMT)! Choo Choo Revue will be the first new show from BBMT in 40 years where your theater seat becomes a train bound for fantasy. This hour-long show, packed with BRAND NEW puppets, is presented with theatric grandeur and spectacular artistic skill. Longtime fans of the Theater may remember the party room in the original building, where generations of Angelenos ate their post-show ice cream and celebrated birthdays. Our Puppet Parlor party will allow us to gather after the performance in our own dedicated and decorated Parlor space to celebrate our JHU community, complete with a backstage tour and puppet meet-and-greets. Reception will include food from Belle’s Delicatessen (included with your registration fee).

A portion of this registration fee will serve as a donation in support of future programming and events. If you wish to not have a portion of your registration support such initiatives, you may contact the Office of Annual Giving: oag@jhu.edu.
