Navigating the Workforce as an LGBTQIA Professional: Challenges and Triumphs Header Image

Sponsored by JHU PRIDE Alumni Affinity Group

Building on the success of our 2024 program, this 2026 event features a panel of three speakers representing student, mid career, and later career perspectives as they share their experiences navigating the workplace as LGBTQIA professionals.

Through a moderated discussion, panelists will explore topics such as workplace inclusion, authenticity, career growth, allyship, and responding to challenges in professional settings. The conversation will also highlight personal experiences and practical strategies for building supportive environments and thriving in today’s workplace.

This event aims to provide practical insights, foster meaningful dialogue, and empower attendees to navigate their careers with confidence.

All alumni and friends are welcome.

A portion of this registration fee will serve as a donation in support of future programming and events.  If you wish to not have a portion of your registration support such initiatives, you may contact the Office of Annual Giving: oag@jhu.edu.
