Join fellow alumni and friends for a hands-on evening crafting French-style dark chocolate truffles at Raaka. Using their house-made vegan dark chocolate ganache, prepared by their head chocolatier, you’ll learn each step of the truffle-making process—from cutting and hand-rolling your truffles to tempering chocolate for a smooth coating and finishing them with classic and seasonal toppings. At the end of the class, you’ll take home your handmade truffles along with the skills and techniques to recreate them in your own kitchen.
Due to limited capacity, registrants are allowed one (1) additional guest per submission form. A portion of this registration fee will serve as a donation in support of future programming and events.
