Christophe J. Leroy is the founder and CEO of Kallin Leadership, a leadership develop firm, that delivers coaching, training and consulting services to clients in North America and Latin America. Christophe spent the last twenty years in professional services and executive education. His experience spans strategy design, market research and intelligence, leadership development, leadership communications, and organizational culture change, both in government and the private sector. He was worked with consulting firms such as Corporate Executive Board, Guidehouse, and Toler Associates, and has delivered executive education programs for Duke CE, Emeritus, FranklinCovey, among others. He has worked with executives and leaders in the finance, retail, energy, pharmaceutical and medical devices sector, among others. Christophe is both a creative and strategic thinker; he brings empathy and cultural sensitivity to every consulting and coaching engagement. He is most passionate about inspiring people to fulfill their potential.Christophe is a native French and English speaker and is fluent in Spanish and Dutch. He earned his M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University - SAIS and his B.A. in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He holds certifications as an Associate Certificate Coach (ICF) and from the Hogan Assessment Systems.
