Course Description: You've been carrying the world on your shoulders while everyone expects you to smile through it. You've built careers, raised families, supported others' dreams—and somewhere along the way, you lost yourself in the process. If you're tired of feeling burned out while still being expected to have it all together, this course is your path back to power.
This isn't another wellness program telling you to practice self-care while your to-do list explodes. This is a strategic leadership intensive designed specifically for people in midlife who are ready to reclaim their power, redesign their lives on their own terms, and step into the leadership role they were meant to fill.
The mission is to empower people in the work that they do so that they can lead and heal the world. This course provides the frameworks, tools, and community you need to do exactly that—starting with healing and leading yourself.
