Withdrawals & Refunds: 

If a course is canceled or closed, the registrant is notified immediately, and a full refund is processed automatically unless another course is requested. Registrants who wish to withdraw from an active course must complete the online Odyssey Refund Request Form. Attach any documentation to support your request (e.g., medical documentation, family crisis documentation, etc.). 

100% refund- Prior to the start of the course. 

50% refund- During the first week of the course. 

ABOUT Patsy Reece

Patsy Reece's credentials include an M.S. in Education: Instructional Design for Online Learning (Capella) and an M.S. in Information Technology Management (Johns Hopkins), as well as certifications in IT, including Scrum and Agile. She has spent over 20 years teaching at eLearning/online higher education courses, undergraduate and graduate level programs, and is a Course Designer and Subject Matter Expert. She has simultaneously worked in information technology’s Software Development Life Cycle in a variety of industries. Titles have included test manager, test coordinator, business analyst,
business analyst, requirements analyst, systems analyst, programmer, business consultant, technical writer, quality assurance lead, trainer, and instructional designer. She ensures current knowledge through certifications, including:

Adobe Experience Manager Foundations (AEM)
