A PROSCI® Certified Change Management Professional, Paul is a trusted advisor on organizational development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment. He serves as a mentor at The Johns Hopkins University and has taught leadership courses at USC, UCLA, and Goucher College in Maryland. A TEDx speaker and an award-winning co-author of Cowboys & Conductors: Conversations in Horseman-Humanship, Paul is currently an instructor in the Odyssey Program at The Johns Hopkins University.
He holds an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management and degrees in Music Composition and Orchestral Conducting from The Johns Hopkins University Peabody Institute and The Cleveland Institute of Music.
