Course Description: In this interactive course, participants will explore the nine pillars of the Humanization Framework to bring empathy, transparency, and inclusivity into everyday leadership. Blending research, reflection, and hands-on practice, the course uses case studies, collaboration, and self-assessment tools to create actionable strategies. Participants will leave with a personalized plan to embed human-centered principles into their leadership style, workplace policies, and organizational culture.
