Sponsored by Hopkins PortlandJoin fellow alumni and friends at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms for a farm-to-table cooking (and dining) experience! We'll gather our group for a private hands-on immersive experience, where they'll showcase their working farm and gardens, bringing us closer to the source of our food for the evening. You'll be greeted with a welcome champagne cocktail and charcuterie "nosh", before heading into the reclaimed barn space, to begin your chef-led instruction. Recipe packets will be available as you're guided through creating a beautiful four-course seasonal dinner. During your final hour at The Kitchen, we'll enjoy a family-style meal of all that you've created together. For anyone who might want to linger over their last glass of wine, fire pits will be list and waiting, weather permitting. Due to limited capacity, registrants will be limited to one (1) additional guest for a total of two (2) per registration.
