Course Description: Within each of us lives an inner child longing to be seen, heard, nurtured, loved, and understood. In this course, explore how befriending that child, can unlock healing, resilience, and self-compassion. Through accessible practices in reflection, gentle somatic awareness, and reparenting when necessary, learn how to soothe old wounds, strengthen your adult resourced self, and create a deeper sense of wholeness and joy in everyday life.

Withdrawals & Refunds:

If a course is canceled or closed, the registrant is notified immediately, and a full refund is processed automatically unless another course is requested. Registrants who wish to withdraw from an active course must complete the online Odyssey Refund Request Form. Attach any documentation to support your request (e.g., medical documentation, family crisis documentation, etc.).

100% refund: Prior to the start of the course and after the first class.
No refunds: After the first week of each course unless in exceptional cases.

For single-session courses:
100% refundable within two (2) business days of the event.

Please note, refunds apply only to the tuition portion of an Odyssey participant’s charges and are not applicable to any fees or gifts made to the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association. Registrants will be notified by email if a refund is approved within five (5) business days.

ABOUT Tara Baldwin

Master Certified Life Coach Tara Baldwin, owner and CEO of BELIEVE Life Coaching, facilitates individual and group life & business coaching sessions, offers Trauma Informed, Somatic Life Coaching Certification, team training programs, leadership training for companies and organizations in communication, language, and impact.

Tara is a life coach who employs a trauma informed approach that incorporates various coaching tools and methodologies such as neuro-linguistic programming, coaching fundamentals, neuroscience, body psychology, somatic (of the body,) the DISC Personality Profile, and nervous system priming and regulation.

Tara has worked for and trained alongside industry icons for over 20 years. She has served as a top coach under Tony Robbins, studied neuroscience and meditations effect on healing under Dr. Joe Dispenza, worked under Brian Tracy, Mastin Kipp, and studied under Cloe Madanes, recognized as a master therapist by the American Psychotherapy Association.

Tara has worked with IBM, Mars, The Department of Education, Dell, Facebook, The United States Air Force, Accenture, Top 100 Women in Finance, Marvell Technology Group, Huge, Salesforce, and with real estate and sales leaders.
