Become a Mentor Champion. Strengthen your impact. Support students when they need it most.
Imposter syndrome is one of the most common barriers students face as they navigate academic, professional, and personal transitions. Mentors play a powerful role in helping students recognize their strengths, move through self-doubt, and develop the confidence to pursue their goals.
Mentorship 101: Tackling Imposter Syndrome is a live, interactive Super Mentor training designed to equip you with the language, tools, and perspective needed to support your mentees—and yourself—through moments of uncertainty.
By participating in this training, you join a dedicated group of Mentor Champions—mentors who have taken the extra step to invest in their development and are committed to providing exceptional support to Hopkins students.
