Twin Cities, MN: Foodie Dinner at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Join fellow alumni and friends for a private foodie dinner at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Minneapolis! You'll gather with your local alumni community while Alumni Weekend 2024 is kicking off in Baltimore. 

Registration will include the full churrasco experience: continuous tableside service of signature cuts of fire-roasted meat, the market table and the feijoada bar, as well as your selection of dessert. Pricing options will also include one choice including two glasses of wine, imported and domestic beers, or cocktails per person. Due to limited capacity, registrants will be limited to one (1) additional guest for a total of two (2) people per registration. Dinner will take place in the private Gaucho Room for the group. 

Each registrant will receive a $25 dining card for future use.

Menu will include: 
- Fire-roasted meats including Filet Mignon, Rib Eye, Picanha, Lamb Chops, Chicken, Sausage, and more (vegetarian options include cauliflower steak and seared tofu with miso black bean pasta)
- Traditional Brazilian sides of warm pão de queijo (cheese bread), crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas
- Market Table and Feijoada Bar with seasonal salads, exotic vegetables, imported cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, Fogo feijoada (traditional black bean stew with sausage), seasonal soup, and more
- Selection of desserts including favorites such as Key Lime Pie, Tres Leches, Chocolate Brigadeiro and Açai Cheesecake
- Two glasses of wine, imported and domestic beers, or cocktails per person (included with $70 price point) 
- Fountain beverages, coffee and tea

While participating in off-campus events and meetings sponsored by the JHAA/JHM/JHHS participants must follow all public health guidelines mandated by the local jurisdiction and venue at the time of the event, including vaccination and masking and distancing guidance. Johns Hopkins strongly suggests that attendees who join in person be fully vaccinated. This is subject to change.
