Whether the bargaining dynamic involves the teenager trying to get the keys to the family car, a kindergarten student angling for a trip to an ice cream parlor, or debating a rate for reimbursement for health care services, fair and effective negotiating can ensure that different interests are blended into an acceptable and hopefully favorable outcome for all parties.

This course is designed to heighten your awareness of your negotiation style and increase your ability to negotiate mindfully and successfully in a variety of contexts. [Each week, you will have the opportunity to develop your negotiation skills in a series of simulations and feedback sessions.
