Cooking Class with Nini Nguyen from Bravo's Top Chef

Join Chef Nini in making one of her favorite dishes, Bun Cha Hanoi. Grilled thinly sliced pork belly and pork sausage patties gently floating in a dipping sauce served with rice noodles and fresh greens + herbs.  This dish is most popular in the city of Hanoi, Vietnam, and is a show stopper.  

Nini Nguyen is a New York City-based chef, instructor, recipe developer, and recent contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef All Stars. A New Orleans native, Chef Nini combines her Vietnamese heritage with Creole influences into her cuisine.

The class will take place over Zoom. The ingredient list and Zoom link will be emailed to you a week before the event.
