Leading Yourself to Better Health
Leading Yourself to Better Health During the Quarantine:
Training call with JHSPH alumna, Isabel V. Otero, MPH, NASM CNC, WLS
Join Ms. Otero as she shares valuable insights into what you can do to build up personal wellness during this time of quarantine and beyond. Health has never been so important as so many of us juggle the responsibilities of work, home life, and managing the family. Often, in times like these, it can be tempting to fall on unhealthy habits and foods. In this webinar, Ms. Otero will lead an interactive discussion to develop Personal Wellness Plans. She will also discuss the latest scientific research on performance, nutrition, and mindset to help start the process, as well as be more productive and healthy in all aspects of life.
