Join us virtually with the JHU Pride Affinity, LGBTQ+ community members, and allies for an enlightening conversation with Paula M. Neira, JD, MSN, RN, CEN, FAAN, Program Director of LGBTQ+ Equity and Education at the Johns Hopkins Medicine, Phuong Tran A&S '04, Eng '21, and Capt. William 'Bill' Kirst, A&S '00 as they talk about their experiences navigating the workforce as members of the LGBTQ + community. 

Gain insights into the approaches, legal frameworks shaping LGBTQ+ healthcare, workforce experience, and the ethical considerations involved. This discussion aims to illuminate key issues and foster a deeper understanding of navigating the workforce as an LGBTQ+ professional. Panelist will also touch on the policies surrounding Transgender Healthcare and the work that is being done in this space at Johns Hopkins University & Medicine.
