Virtual Tour of the Frick Mansion

Sponsored by Hopkins Alumni
Join alumni and friends as we take a private virtual tour of the Frick Mansion. Internationally recognized as a premier museum and research center, the Frick is known for its distinguished Old Master paintings and outstanding examples of European sculpture and decorative arts. The collection originated with Henry Clay Frick (1849–1919), who bequeathed his home, paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts to the public for their enjoyment. The institution’s holdings—which encompass masterworks from the Renaissance through the nineteenth century—have grown over the decades, more than doubling in size since the opening of the museum in 1935.
An educator will guide our group through the Frick's 360° Virtual Tour of the mansion, exploring high-resolution images of art in the permanent collection. Participants will have the ability to ask questions in real-time throughout the tour.
Space is limited for this event and the tour will not be recorded.
The perspectives and opinions expressed by the speaker(s) during this program are those of the speaker(s) and not, necessarily, those of Johns Hopkins University.
A portion of this registration fee will serve as a donation in support of future programming and events. If you wish to not have a portion of your registration support such initiatives, you may contact the Office of Annual Giving: oag@jhu.edu.
