Sam Basu Farreca might best be described as a polymath: an organizational consultant with a neuroscience background, a performing artist, a team leader; and a coach.  After graduating from Hopkins in neuroscience, she worked for several years in the US and India before doing her joint INSEAD/Wharton MBA. Since then she has led a life of consulting and training organizations on how to improve operations, effectiveness, and culture, working many years with Accenture, before co-founding a firm, CultureStrategy

She believes the key to her success has been the combination of hard skills in data and analytics with soft skills in coaching, communication, and emotional intelligence. Her passion is coaching leaders of organizations big and small on how to improve their effectiveness and team performance.
