Spend 75 minutes regrounding, restoring and rejuvenating your well-being. In this class we will devote time to getting clear on why personal intention and purpose matter, set personal intentions and set out to attain this intention through 45 minutes of resolute, strength-building and restorative movement.
We will focus 30 minutes on total body, low impact moves that leave you feeling refreshed, reenergized and strong, while devoting 15 minutes to restorative, yoga inspired alignment work.

You will leave this 75 minutes with a clearer idea of the potential that lies within your self-care routines, a practice to incorporate into your daily lives and greater motivation to prioritize your own well-being through movement and mindfulness.
