Yoga is proven to have many physical and mental benefits, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, while helping practitioners become more in time with their bodies. Unroll your mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you'll experience the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Join fellow yogis at Corepower Yoga's C1 class. Set to inspiring tunes, C1 is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. This class is unheated and beginner friendly.

The class will end with a short discussion that touches on the benefits of yoga and the themes that often run through yoga classes, such as gratitude, staying in the moment, and being open to change and transitions.

Following the class and discussion, join us at Pure Raw Juice for restorative refreshments. Pure Raw Juice offers delicious cold-pressed juice blends, smoothies, and bowls made from the freshest produce and crafted to perfection.
