Join fellow alums and friends for Hands-On: Crafting an Italian Classic cooking class at Eataly Boston. Their classic Hands-On Classes are an immersive culinary experience to learn the culture, history, and, of course, recipe behind your favorite dishes. Mix up fresh pasta with carefully selected wine from our Beverage Experts. Class details:
- The class is 1 - 1.5 hours
- 1 dish prepared or assembled by students
- 1 paired beverage
- The group will be making Pasta alla Norcina but a vegetarian option will be available upon request ahead of the event
