Join your fellow local alumni for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience with Puppy Sphere! This 75-minute session features a 45-minute yoga flow followed by a 30-minute relaxation period with refreshing wellness drinks—and of course, plenty of playful puppies roaming the studio. It’s the perfect way to unwind, connect with fellow young alumni, and boost your mood. Beyond the cuteness, Puppy Sphere partners with local rescues and promotes mental health awareness, making this a feel-good event in every sense.

While participating in off-campus events and meetings sponsored by the JHAA/JHM/JHHS participants must follow all public health guidelines mandated by the local jurisdiction and venue at the time of the event. Johns Hopkins strongly suggests that attendees who join in person receive at least one dose of an FDA- or WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine before attending This is subject to change.
