Atlanta, GA: Foodie Dinner at Kevin Rathbun Steak

Join fellow alumni and friends for a private, Johns Hopkins alumni foodie dinner at Kevin Rathbun Steak! Alumni and guests will enjoy a 4-course prix-fixe dinner where you'll select your own appetizer, entree and dessert in addition to a seasonal salad and family-style shared sides. Each guest will also enjoy two glasses of house wine to enjoy with your meal (additional alcoholic beverages can be purchased at your own discretion). Please register early as space is limited - max one (1) guest per person. This event will be held outdoors, in a covered patio with heaters available. 

Menu may include (subject to change based on seasonal availability): 

• Appetizers (choice of) 
  • Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Crispy Shallot, Soy Yuzu Mustard Dressing, Rice Cracker 
  • Thick Cut Bacon - House Cured, Sriracha-Molasses
• Bibb Salad (for all) 
• Entree (choice of) 
  • 6oz Filet Mignon 
  • 10oz Ribeye 
  • Salmon Fillet, “Bay of Fundy” Hong Kong Style', Sherry Soy Broth, Steamed Bok Choy
• Sides (served family-style)
  • Creamy mashed potatoes
  • Asparagus with hollandaise
  • Jalapeno Creamed Corn with scallions
• Dessert (choice of) 
  • Caramelia Crème brûlée with Candied Ginger Chocolate Chip Cookie 
  • Red Velvet Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Chantilly
