...On Creating a Bespoke Workplace Experience

February 16 | 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. ET

In our 24-hour weekdays, we spend a third of that time in the workplace balancing our personal and professional personas to fit the ideals of the company’s culture. However, what if we could navigate the world more authentically?

In collaboration with the Carey Business School Pride Alumni Network, join us for a collective conversation with Carey alumni Ian Lee Brown, Vice President and Chief Employee Experience Officer at Duke University Health Systems, and Natasha Chan, Lead Creative Strategist at Salesforce.

We will discuss the intersectional lens of showing up authentically, strategies to identify a supportive workplace, approaches to manage work-life creep, and tactics to strengthen self-advocacy skills to thrive in challenging work environments.
