• Presented by Hopkins at Home and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies •
• Featuring Courtney Rickert McCaffrey SAIS '08 (MA) and Wynne Rumpeltin SAIS '03 (MA), moderated by Prof. Henry Farrell •

Geopolitics is driving headlines around the world every day, from the war in Ukraine to the introduction of new tariffs and competition over digital sovereignty. Geopolitical developments are likely to continue to influence supply chain strategies, shift investment destinations and push up costs for companies. This period of change presents executives with a multitude of challenges. It also presents opportunities to proactively manage geopolitical risk and position for growth in the new era of globalization.

What are the top geopolitical risks in the world today? How is globalization likely to evolve from here? And how are the policy and regulatory environments in key markets likely to shift? Most importantly, how can organizations manage all of these geopolitical risks? What are effective frameworks and strategies for mitigating the downside risks and seizing opportunity in this volatile geopolitical and policy environment?
