Exploring Rare Judaica at Hopkins

Exploring Rare Judaica at Hopkins

Johns Hopkins University has been home to extraordinary Judaica and Jewish Studies collections for over a century. How did these texts arrive at a secular institution and why do they still matter today?

Join the Sheridan Libraries for a special event featuring Associate Professor Samuel Spinner, Tandetnik Chair in Yiddish Language, Literature, and Culture, and Mack Zalin, PhD, librarian for Jewish Studies, as they explore more than a dozen rare works on display and discover how these collections continue to inspire teaching, research, and cultural life at Hopkins, across Baltimore, and around the world.
