The Power of Mentorship

The Power of Mentorship

The Power of Mentorship

Many professionals, new and more experienced, have benefited from a mentor throughout their career. Whether this mentor was formal through a professional mentor program or informal through casual conversations at work or school, mentors can provide valuable guidance, perspective, and advice for those seeking professional growth or the next career move.

Youssef Farag and Lola Adeyemi understand the importance of mentorship better than most, including the importance of utilizing multiple mentors. What does it look like to have multiple mentors throughout a career, and why is this important? How can someone find a new mentor and maintain a relationship with a previous mentor? Join Dr. Farag and Dr. Adeyemi for a conversation on the importance of mentorship and how to seek out and maintain multiple mentors throughout a career.

The date and time of this event is subject to change. If any changes are made, registrants will be notified in advance.
