Sponsored by Hopkins New York Join alumni and friends for a delicious cooking demonstration at the De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele, located on the top floor of Macy's Herald Square. Alumni and guests will enjoy a wonderfully crafted 4-course dinner from Chef Ralph and team from Cathédrale Restaurant, that specializes in classic French-Mediterranean cuisine that paints a picture of the coastal cuisine of Southern France. Chef Ralph will be joined by his EVP of Culinary Operations at Tao Group, Jason Hall, on stage. You'll have a front-row seat to see how this amazing dinner will be prepared, and get to enjoy the best part of the meal, without all the cooking and cleaning! The dinner will also include paired wines and a speaker to discuss the pairing during the meal. Since this will be a demonstration, many components of the meal will be prepared outside of the room, so dietary restrictions will be difficult to accommodate. Space is limited - tables will be seated in 2's or 4's. Menu will include:
