October 29, 2024 - December 03, 2024 (6 Sessions)

Tuesday,  7:00PM ET - 8:30PM ET

Virtual via Zoom

Course Description: Whether you are proposing a project to a team of investors, leading an after-school enrichment program, or simply preparing to share some new ideas with a small cohort of collaborators, there are fundamental principles and practices to facilitation that can support you in ensuring that your ideas and instructions come across clearly, creatively and compassionately.

In this course, we begin by answering foundational, yet deceivingly simple questions about facilitation (who what when where and why), using our responses to then design our 'how'; experiences of facilitation that are:

- mindful of complex human dynamics and accessibility needs
- fluid and responsive to varying learning styles and intelligences
- creative, joyful and appealing to a wide array of sensibilities

No matter if you're completely green or a seasoned professional, this course will provide you with new and reinforced tools to facilitate with confidence and ease, whatever the context.
