Course Description: The workplace landscape has undergone significant transformation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, presenting new challenges and opportunities for managers and leaders. In this continuing education course, participants will explore key aspects of managing in the post-pandemic workplace, focusing on understanding the current environment, navigating generational challenges, promoting wellness and mental health, and meeting employee expectations of leaders.
Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will gain insights and strategies to effectively lead their teams in this evolving landscape. Drawing upon real-world examples and best practices, participants will learn how to adapt their management styles, foster collaboration across generations, support employee well-being, and communicate effectively with their teams.
Each week will delve into a different topic, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of managing in the post-pandemic workplace. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complexities of the modern workplace with confidence and resilience.

Withdrawals & Refunds:
If a course is canceled or closed, the registrant is notified immediately, and a full refund is processed automatically unless another course is requested. Registrants who wish to withdraw from an active course must complete the online Odyssey Refund Request Form. Attach any documentation to support your request (e.g., medical documentation, family crisis documentation, etc.).
100% refund- Prior to the start of the course.
50% refund- During the first week of the course.
No refunds will be given after the first week of each course unless in exceptional cases.
