They will learn to adapt our "ancient hardware" (primal biology) to our current circumstances, avoiding addictions, doing things we don't want to be doing, protecting our health, and living a life more enjoyable to us and in greater alignment with what we want.

ABOUT Elizabeth Whiting

Elizabeth Whiting grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she spent much of her free time drawing, writing, skiing, and running in the Rocky Mountains. As a child of two doctors raised in large part in hospitals, she developed a passion for understanding people and what led them to be where they are today. She attended Dartmouth College where she studied English, Neuroscience, and Studio Art, all of which elucidate different aspects of the human experience through narrative, biology, and visual arts, respectively.
Upon graduating, she led kids aged 11-17 on backpacking and kayaking trips throughout New England for Overland Summers then worked as a phlebotomist and lab processor at a local hospital back in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She then completed a Pre-Medical Post-Baccalaureate program at Johns Hopkins University. With a desire to understand and improve the United States healthcare system, she now works in healthcare public sector consulting in Washington D.C.
