Practicing Gratitude: What, Why, and How

The research is in and gratitude is good for us! A gratitude practice can improve our health, relationships, and even society as a whole. Yet, that doesn't necessarily mean it comes easy. Join us for a 90-minute deep dive into practicing gratitude, which will include a few personal exercises followed by (optional) partner discussions. Please, bring a pen and paper. Cameras on preferred, but not mandatory. This program will be presented on Zoom. A link will be shared in advance of the program.
