Special guest Stuart Streichler (A&S ’96 PhD) will join us for some informal and timely conversation inspired by his recent book, Presidential Accountability in Wartime: President Bush, the Treatment of Detainees, and the Laws of War, published November 2023. Streichler is an attorney who has been interviewed on PBS News Hour and provided volunteer legal assistance to the presidential campaigns of Al Gore and Barack Obama. Stop by for happy hour and select from a variety of beers, cider, wine, slushies, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. Your registration includes two drinks per person. A rotating food truck is on-site from 5-9 pm.
