Wellness Journaling Workshop with Zenit Journals
Sponsored by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Office of Alumni Relations
You are worthy of your wellness. Many of us know that our mental health is important, but it’s hard. It’s hard to take time for our mental health with so many constant demands, and even when we do, it can be hard to have guilt-free self-care. In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to journal to proactively support our mental health in our daily lives, even with all our demands.
Zenit founder Alina Liao will guide us in some rounds of journaling and sharing where you’ll journal to process your thoughts and feelings, unpack and release stress, set healthy boundaries, restore your energy, and practice self-love. We’ll share reflections in small groups to connect authentically. This will be an affirming, gentle space to slow down, get to know your needs more intimately, and build community. Our aim is that you walk away feeling some ease and relief and equipped with tools and inspiration for supporting your mental health daily.
This program will be presented on Zoom. A Zoom link will be shared in advance of the program.
