Brian W. Simpson is editorial director at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is editor-in-chief of the news website and daily newsletter Global Health NOW and Hopkins Bloomberg Public Health magazine. He earned a Master of Arts from the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins and a Master of Public Health from the Bloomberg School.
