*POSTPONED* - Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ: Southwest Cooking Class & 3-Course Lunch
Join fellow alumni and friends for a hands-on cooking class at Classic Cooking Academy -- one of the most popular cooking schools in metropolitan Arizona! This is a great opportunity to expand your home-cooking skills and learn new techniques from professionally trained instructors. During the class, we will review each dish with a chef instructor, split up to cook all food items, and then sit down to enjoy the three-course meal together. Our southwest-inspired menu will include:
- Homemade Tortilla Chips with Salsa & Guacamole
- Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
- Corn Mango Salad
- Spanish Rice
- Chocolate Mousse
