Fancy Pasta Masterclass with Food La La

Join fellow alumni and friends for a virtual workshop where we'll inherit all the pasta-making secrets from Lindsay Kinder of Food La La! Lindsay has hosted many gatherings for our Johns Hopkins alumni community with great success. In this class, you will learn how to make both black and white pasta dough before rolling them into beautiful little bowties! The pasta is finished off with a simple caramelized garlic, lemon, and olive oil sauce, and topped with Food La La’s signature seasoning mix.
Included with this class, is a kit that will be shipped to you. The kit includes:
- Pre-measured "00" pasta flour
- Activated charcoal
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Signature Food La La seasoning mix: dried florals, sea salt, pink peppercorn
- Rolling Pin
- Pasta Cutter
- Printed Recipe Card
All orders must be placed by November 4th.
