The Johns Hopkins Hospital Upper Tract Urothelial Cancer (UTUC) Patient and Family Educational Series

Please join us for a one-and-a-half hour Zoom webinar to participate in the pilot of The Johns Hopkins Hospital Upper Tract Urothelial Cancer (UTUC) Patient and Family Educational Series. This series will be hosted by Lara Keller, MSW, LCSW-C and Kristen Tyree MSN, OCN, AMB-BC, RN/UTUC MDC Clinic Coordinator.

Our virtual Zoom series is focused on educating, engaging, and building community between patients and the facilitators in order to discuss topics that pertain to UTUC, quality of life, and resources available to you, as patients and caregivers.

The Zoom format will follow the itinerary below:

First 5-10 minutes: discuss UTUC Education Series goals/frequency/guidelines for the discussions
Next 15-25 minutes: have experts/panelist discuss topic
Next 45 minutes: discussions and NON-CLINICAL questions, focused discussion on thoughts, feelings, and community.
Last 5-10 minutes: wrap up
